2012 Track and Field Season on the Horizon

Attention Student-Athletes: The 2012 Osseo Track and Field's opening practice is March 12th. All physicals and paperwork must be in before this date in order to paticipate.

Sign Up and get all your paperwork taken care of in the OSH Activities Office. Cost: Free if it is your third sport, Free if you are on free lunch, $90.00 if you are on reduced lunch, and $180.00 if it is your 1st or 2nd sport and you pay full price for lunch

Get Cleared: You must have all forms turned in and a cleared emergency card in order to practice.

TURN IN AT THE ACTIVITES OFFICE.
*You must have proof of a current physical
*You must have paid, if necessary
*You must have filled out an emergency card, even if you did another sport.
*You must have filled out a packet if this is your first sport.
